The Department of Social Welfare and Women & Child Development (DNH & DD), under the Government of Daman, Diu, and Dadra Nagar Haveli (DNH & DD), invites applications from eligible and qualified candidates for walk-in interviews. The positions are available under various centrally sponsored schemes, including Mission Vatsalya, Mission Shakti, Mission Saksham Anganwadi, and Poshan 2.0, along with other initiatives within the department. These positions are purely on a short-term contract basis.

Eligibility Criteria

Salary and Remuneration

• Programme Manager: ₹60,000 per month
• District Child Protection Officer: ₹46,340 per month
• District Mission Coordinator: ₹36,000 per month
• Programme Officer: ₹34,755 per month
• Centre Administrator: ₹30,000 per month
• Office-in-Charge: ₹33,100 per month
• Legal Cum Probation Officer: ₹27,804 per month

The remuneration will be provided on a monthly basis, and candidates selected for these positions will be engaged on a short-term contract.

Selection Process

The selection process for these positions will consist of two rounds of interviews:

1. First Round (Morning Session): Eligible candidates will be interviewed in the morning session from 09:30 AM to 01:00 PM. During this round, the selection committee will assess candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and communication skills.
2. Second Round (Afternoon Session): Shortlisted candidates will be invited for the second round of interviews from 03:00 PM to 04:00 PM on the same day. In this round, the committee will conduct a more detailed interview to evaluate the candidate’s suitability for the role.

The final selection will be based on the overall performance of the candidate in both rounds of the interview.
