UCO Bank Recruitment 2025 – Apply for Treasury Advisor, Chief Risk Officer, CTO, and Company Secretary Posts

UCO Bank has invited online applications from experienced professionals for the recruitment of Treasury Advisor, Chief Risk Officer (CRO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and Company Secretary on a contractual basis. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online between 9th April 2025 and 2nd May 2025.

This recruitment is open to Indian citizens and other eligible candidates as defined under Government of India guidelines. All appointments will be purely contractual and governed by the terms laid down by the Bank.

Important Dates

• Starting Date for Online Registration: 9th April 2025
• Last Date for Online Application Submission and Fee Payment: 2nd May 2025

Application Fee

• SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: ₹100/- (plus transaction charges)
• All Other Candidates: ₹800/- (plus transaction charges)

Important: The application fee must be paid through online mode and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Vacancy Details

Age Limit

(As on 1st April 2025)

• Treasury Advisor: Maximum 65 years
• Chief Risk Officer (CRO): 40 to 57 years
• Chief Technology Officer (CTO): 40 to 57 years
• Company Secretary: Maximum 55 years

Age relaxation will be as per government norms where applicable.

Remuneration (Salary)

• The selected candidates will be offered negotiable and consolidated remuneration, based on qualifications, experience, and industry standards.
• No additional allowances or benefits are applicable.
• Statutory deductions like Income Tax will be applicable as per prevailing rules.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Treasury Advisor

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 15 years in banking/financial sector in officer cadre.
  • At least 5 years in senior role in Integrated Treasury Operations.
  • Should have been Head/In-charge of Treasury Operations (not below GM level in PSB).

2. Chief Risk Officer (CRO)

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Must possess one of the following:
  • Financial Risk Management (FRM) by GARP
  • Professional Risk Management (PRM) by PRMIA
  • Alternatively, candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as a Chief Risk Officer in a regulated lending institution
• Desirable:
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), ICWA, or equivalent
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years in corporate credit and risk management, at least one year each in corporate credit and risk.
  • Experience preferably at AGM level or above.

3. Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

• Educational Qualification: Engineering Graduate or MCA or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 15 years in relevant IT field, with 5 years in senior management.
  • Prior experience in banking IT, cybersecurity, digital banking, or IT governance will be considered an added advantage.

4. Company Secretary

• Educational Qualification: Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Desirable: CA, ICWA, LLB
• Experience:
  • At least 12 years post-qualification experience in a listed company, preferably a bank or NBFC.
  • Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, RBI guidelines, stock exchange compliance.

Selection Process

• Selection will be based on shortlisting and personal interview or any other selection method decided by the Bank.
• Simply fulfilling the eligibility requirements does not ensure selection for the next stage.
• The Bank holds the discretion to set the eligibility benchmarks and decide how many applicants will be shortlisted.

6. Make the application fee payment online using net banking, a debit or credit card, or through UPI.
