Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Engineer (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Mining, Environment, Geology & Geo-Technical)
  • Full-Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks.
  • Minimum 1-year post-qualification experience in relevant projects.
• Executive (Human Resource)
  • Full-Time MBA with HR specialization/Postgraduate Degree in Personnel Management/HRM with 60% marks.
  • Desirable: LLB
  • Minimum 1-year post-qualification experience in HR functions.
• Executive (Finance)
  • CA/CMA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants/Cost Accountants of India.
  • Minimum 1-year post-qualification experience in Finance/Accounts.
• Engineer (Wind Power Projects)
  • Full-Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields with 60% marks.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Wind Power Projects (50 MW capacity).

Age Limit (as of 12.02.2025)

• Maximum age: 30 years
• Age relaxation applicable as per government norms.

Selection Process

1. If applications for a post are less than 50, selection will be based on a Personal Interview (100% weightage).
2. If applications exceed 50, selection will include:
   • Computer-Based Test (CBT) (75% weightage)
   • Personal Interview (25% weightage)

Computer-Based Test Details

• Duration: 150 minutes
• Total Questions: 150
  • General Awareness – 15 questions
  • Reasoning – 15 questions
  • Concerned Discipline – 120 questions
• Negative Marking: For each incorrect response, a penalty of 0.25 marks will be applied.

Qualifying Marks

• UR/EWS/OBC (NCL): 50%
• SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-Servicemen: 40%

Test Centers

• Cities: Delhi, Noida, Dehradun, Lucknow, Chandigarh
• Admit cards must be downloaded online; no postal copies will be sent.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Pay: ₹50,000 in the scale of ₹50,000-3%-1,60,000 (IDA)
• Allowances: Dearness Allowance, 35% Perquisites & Allowances, Performance Related Pay, HRA, Conveyance, Mobile Reimbursement, etc.

Career Progression

• Eligible for promotion to Assistant Manager (E-3 Grade: ₹60,000-3%-1,80,000) after 4 years.

• Candidates may be posted at any THDCIL project, station, or office.
