Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam (SJVN) Limited has announced its Executive Trainee Recruitment 2025, inviting skilled and ambitious individuals to apply for roles in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Environment, and IT disciplines. Eligible campaigners who are interested may submit their operations online via the sanctioned SJVN website. The selection procedure comprises a Computer-Based Test (CBT), followed by a Group Discussion and a Personal Interview.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Engineering Disciplines: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in relevant branch of Engineering.
HR: Graduate with 2-year MBA/PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management.
Environment: BE/B.Tech in Environmental Engineering or PG Degree in Environmental Science/Engineering.
Geology: M.Sc./M.Tech. in Geology/Applied Geology/Geophysics/Engineering Geology.
IT: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
Finance: CA/ICWA-CMA or 2-year full-time MBA (Finance).
Law: LLB (3 or 5 years full-time degree).
Minimum Marks
UR/OBC/EWS: 55%
SC/ST/PwBD: 50%
(CA/ICWA-CMA – Simple pass)
Age Limit
Upper Age Limit: 30 years
Relaxations:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC (NCL): 3 years
PwBD: 10–15 years depending on category
J&K Domicile (01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989): 5 years

Pay Scale & Benefits
During Training (E2 Level): ₹50,000 – 3% – ₹1,60,000
