Eligibility Criteria

A. Educational Qualifications

• PGTs (All Subjects):
  • Master’s degree (50%+ marks) in the relevant subject OR Integrated PG course from NCERT/NCTE-recognized university.
  • B.Ed. or equivalent (50%+ marks).
  • Proficiency in English-medium teaching.
  • Desirable: CTET/STET, residential school experience.
• TGTs:
  • Bachelor’s degree (50%+ marks) in the subject (e.g., Maths/Science/Social Studies).
  • B.Ed. (50%+ marks) OR Integrated Degree with B.Ed. component.
  • CTET/STET qualification mandatory.
• Art Master:
  • Bachelor’s in Fine Arts/Drawing (50%+ marks).
• Librarian:
  • Bachelor’s in Library Science (50%+ marks).
• Medical Officer:
  • MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
• Lab Assistants:
  • Intermediate (10+2) with Science subjects.

B. Age Limits

• PGTs: 21–40 years.
• TGTs/Art/Music/Lab Roles: 21–35 years.
• Medical Officer/Ward Boy: 18–50 years.

Pay Scale and Benefits

A. Regular Staff (PGTs)

• Salary: As per Pay Level-8 under the 7th Pay Commission — starting from ₹47,600 and going up to ₹1,51,100 per month. You’ll also get extra benefits like DA, HRA, and Transport Allowance along with the salary.
• Perks:
  • Subsidized education for two biological children (Class VI–XII).
  • Accommodation on campus (subject to availability).
  • Contributory pension under the National Pension Scheme (NPS).

B. Contractual/Temporary Staff

• Salary: Fixed monthly remuneration (No allowances):
  • PGTs/TGTs/Art/Music: ₹68,697/month.
  • Counsellor: ₹27,500/month.
  • Lab Assistants: ₹39,015/month.
  • Medical Officer: ₹81,243/month.
  • LDC: ₹30,447/month.
  • Ward Boy: ₹25,000/month.

Selection Process

A. Written Test

• For Teachers/Art/Lab Roles:
  • Duration: 1 hour.
  • Sections:
    1. General Knowledge (15 marks).
    2. General English (15 marks).
    3. Basic Maths (10 marks).
    4. Subject-Specific Test (60 marks).
• For Medical Officer/LDC/Ward Boy:
  • Duration: 1 hour.
  • Sections:
    1. General Knowledge (5 marks).
    2. General English (10 marks).
    3. Basic Maths (10 marks).
    4. Subject Test (25 marks).

B. Skill Test/Interview

• Teaching Roles:
  • Class Demonstration: Lesson planning and teaching aids.
  • Interview: Assessment of communication and subject knowledge.
• LDC:
  • Typing Test (40 WPM English/35 WPM Hindi).
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Ward Boy:
  • Physical test (running, first aid).

C. Final Merit List

• Combined scores from written tests, skill tests, and interviews.
