Eligibility Criteria
For Joint General Manager (Civil):
- Must be working on analogous posts or be a Group ‘A’ officer in Level-13 or Level-12 of IRSE cadre of Indian Railways.
- Alternatively, Civil Engineering officers from Central/State Government or PSUs/Statutory Authorities with 9 years of Group ‘A’ service in an equivalent grade.
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
For Deputy General Manager (Civil):
- Must be working on analogous posts or be a Group ‘A’/‘B’ gazetted officer in Level-12 or Level-11 of Civil Engineering cadre from Indian Railways/Central/State Government/PSUs/Statutory Authority.
- Educational Qualification:
- Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 6 years of service in Group ‘A’/’B’.
- OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with 15 years of relevant experience.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in planning and execution of land/estate-related work.
- Hands-on exposure in land management, tendering processes, and contract management.
- Proficiency in computers and working in a dynamic organizational setup.
