Eligibility Criteria

1. Team Leader (Safety)

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in any branch of Engineering
    • Possess a government-recognized Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety, certified by the relevant state authority.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 15 years in high-rise buildings/KWA projects/shore protection works with expertise in health and safety
  • Preferred Certification:
    • OSHA or NEBOSH

2. Team Leader (MEP)

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Power Supply/Instrumentation and Control/Industrial Electronics/Electronics & Instrumentation/Applied Electronics/Digital Electronics/Power Electronics Engineering or related fields
    • Alternatively, Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Technology in Mechanical/Production/Production & Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Railways/Mechatronics & Automobile or related fields
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 15 years in high-rise building projects/KWA projects with proficiency in Electrical/HVAC/Firefighting ELV & Plumbing systems

3. Project Engineer (MEP)

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Same as Team Leader (MEP)
  • Experience:
    • Bringing over 7 years of solid, hands-on experience in overseeing and maintaining critical building systems, including Electrical setups, HVAC, Fire Safety, ELV systems, and Plumbing infrastructure.

4. Safety Engineer

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Same as Team Leader (Safety)
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 7 years for diploma holders and 5 years for degree holders in safety project categories

5. Junior Engineer (MEP)

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Power Supply/Instrumentation and Control/Industrial Electronics/Electronics & Instrumentation/Applied Electronics/Digital Electronics/Power Electronics Engineering or related fields
    • Alternatively, Full-Time Diploma in Engineering in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 7 years for diploma holders and 5 years for degree holders in electrical engineering with specific experience in water supply/building/shore protection works/waterways/irrigation/harbour projects

Age Limit

  • Maximum Age: 55 years as of 25th April 2025
  • Age Relaxation:
    • SC/ST: 5 years
    • OBC-NCL: 3 years
    • PwBD: 10 years (additional relaxation as per category)

Pay Scale & Remuneration

  • Team Leader (Safety) & Team Leader (MEP)
    • Pay Scale: ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000
    • Approximate CTC: ₹19.6 LPA
  • Project Engineer (MEP)
    • Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000
    • Approximate CTC: ₹14.07 LPA
  • Safety Engineer
    • Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
    • Approximate CTC: ₹11.3 LPA
  • Junior Engineer (MEP)
    • For Degree Holders:
      • Monthly Basic Pay: ₹25,504
      • Gross Monthly Pay: ₹46,417
      • Annual CTC: ₹5,57,008
    • For Diploma Holders:
      • Monthly Basic Pay: ₹18,940
      • Gross Monthly Pay: ₹34,471
      • Annual CTC: ₹4,13,651

Selection Process

  • The selection will be based on Walk-in Interviews conducted from 21st to 25th April 2025.
  • Candidates must appear in person at the specified location within the reporting time.
