Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Campaigners must retain an MBA/ PGDBA/ PGDBM/ PGDM/ PGDHRM or original in HR Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare/ MHROD or an MBA with specialization in HR Personnel Management.

Experience: A minimum of 23 years of post-qualification experience in various HR domains such as Talent Acquisition, Skill Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compliance with Labour Laws, Implementation of HR Policies, Manpower Planning, Training & Development, Welfare, General Administration, and related areas.​

Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 53 years as of May 22, 2025.

Pay Scale and Remuneration

• Pay Scale: INR 1,20,000 – 2,80,000 per month
• Approximate CTC: INR 44.64 Lakhs per annum.

Selection Process

   • Weightage Distribution:
     • Technical & Professional Proficiency: 65%
     • Personality, Communication & Competency: 35%
   • Qualifying Marks:
     • UR/EWS: Minimum 60%
     • SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD: Minimum 50%
3. Medical Examination: Campaigners must be set up medically fit as per RITES Rules and norms of Medical Fitness for the applicable post.
