Eligibility Criteria
1. Nationality
Candidates must be:
- A Citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal, Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee (who came to India before January 1, 1962, for permanent settlement), or
- A Person of Indian Origin (PIO) from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, and certain East African countries, with a certificate of eligibility from the Indian Government.

3. Educational & Professional Qualification
Company Secretary (MMGS II – Manager)
- Must be a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Desirable Qualification: Preference will be given to candidates with additional qualifications like LLB, CA, ICWA, or FRM.
- Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in a listed entity, preferably in a bank, NBFC, or financial services company.
Company Secretary (SMGS IV – Chief Manager)
- Must be a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Desirable Qualification: Preference for candidates with additional qualifications like LLB, CA, ICWA, or FRM.
- Experience: At least 7 years of post-qualification experience in a listed entity, preferably in a bank, NBFC, or financial services company.
