Pay Scale / Compensation

• Base Pay Per Regular Class: ₹250
• Additional Pay for Night Shift (10 PM to 6 AM): ₹100 per class
• Monthly Earnings Estimate: ₹20,000 to ₹40,000+ (based on hours and class volume)
• CTC (Annual): ₹2,50,000 to ₹4,50,000 (Approximate, depends on class frequency)
