Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

Assistant (Materials/Stores)

• Qualification:
  • Graduation from a recognized University/Institution with three years of post-qualification experience in Stores/Materials Management
    OR
  • A graduate degree along with a two-year Diploma in Stores or Materials Management, plus at least one year of relevant post-qualification experience, is required.
• Preferred Qualification: Aviation experience is preferable.
• Upper Age Limit: 28 years.

Station In-Charge (RCS)

• Qualification:
  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute with three years of post-qualification relevant experience
    OR
  • Post Graduate Degree/Two Years Diploma in Marketing/Finance/Aviation with one year of post-qualification relevant experience.
• Preferred Experience:
  • Candidates with experience in Aviation/Helicopter industry, Airlines, Airport/Heliport Operations, Ground Handling, Passenger Handling, Ticketing, Load & Trim, Ramp Services, Flight Coordination, etc., will be given preference.
• Upper Age Limit: 28 years.

Helper

• Qualification:
  • Passed 8th Class or equivalent with at least one year of experience.
• Preferred Qualification:
  • Should have worked on Aircraft.
• Upper Age Limit: 25 years.

Pay Scale / Salary Structure

• Assistant (Materials/Stores): The estimated Cost to Company (CTC) is approximately ₹6.12 lakhs per annum.
• Station In-Charge (RCS): The approximate Cost to Company (CTC) is ₹6.12 lakhs per annum.
• Helper: Approximate CTC of ₹3.22 Lakhs per annum.

Selection Process

The selection for the advertised posts will be based on a written test, interview, and/or skill test, depending on the specific requirements of each position:

• Shortlisting based on eligibility and relevant experience.

Outstation candidates shortlisted for the test will be eligible for reimbursement of 2nd Class Rail/Bus fare via the shortest route, upon submission of valid travel proof, in accordance with Pawan Hans guidelines.
