Educational Qualification
For PGT Posts
- Post-Graduation in the relevant subject
- B.Ed degree
- Minimum 50% marks in academic qualification
For TGT Posts
- Graduation with at least two school-level subjects relevant to the post
- B.Ed degree
- Must have qualified OTET-II / CTET-II / OSTET
Non-B.Ed and non-OTET/CTET/OSTET candidates may be considered only if trained candidates are unavailable.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 65 Years
Salary / Honorarium
PGT
- ₹25,000 per month (Normal Station)
- ₹30,000 per month (Hard Station)
TGT
- ₹20,000 per month (Normal Station)
- ₹25,000 per month (Hard Station)
Note: The engagement is purely contractual and paid as honorarium.
Selection Process
The recruitment process will include:

- Preparation of provisional merit list
- Empanelment for contractual appointment in OAVs/OMAVs of Sundargarh
