Salary Structure (Pay Level as per 7th CPC)

• Registrar, Librarian: Level 14 (₹1,44,200 – ₹2,18,200)
• Assistant Registrar, Hindi Officer: Level 10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500)
• Superintendent, Junior Hindi Translator: Level 6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400)
• Senior Assistant and Senior Technician positions are classified under Level 4 with a pay scale of ₹25,500 to ₹81,100.
• Technician, Junior Assistant: Level 3 (₹21,700 – ₹69,100)

Eligibility Criteria (Post-Wise)

1. Registrar

• Master’s degree with at least 55% marks
• At least 15 years of experience in educational administration or comparable roles
• Deputation only
• Desirable: Qualification in management/engineering/law

2. Librarian

• Master’s in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation
• A decade of experience as a Deputy Librarian or in an equivalent position.
• Desirable: PhD in a related discipline

3. Assistant Registrar

• Master’s degree in any discipline with 55% marks
• Desirable: Chartered/Cost Accountant (for Finance), experience in e-office, management or law qualifications

4. Hindi Officer

• Postgraduate degree in Hindi with English studied at the undergraduate level.
• Desirable: Knowledge of a language from the 8th schedule

5. Superintendent

• First-class Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Proficiency in computer applications

6. Junior Hindi Translator

• Postgraduate degree in Hindi with English studied at the undergraduate level.

7. Senior Technician

• 10+2 with Science and 60% marks or
• ITI/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Desirable: Bachelor’s degree

8. Senior Assistant

• 10+2 with minimum typing speed of 35 w.p.m.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Desirable: Bachelor’s degree and stenography skills

9. Technician

• 10+2 with Science and 60% marks

10. Junior Assistant

• 10+2 with typing speed of 35 w.p.m.
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Desirable: Stenography and computer skills
