NHSRCL Recruitment Notification 2025: Deputation-Based Posts Open

The National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) has issued a Vacancy Notice No. NHSRCL/DEPU/DGM/SR. MGR/MGR (Finance)/08/2025 for the recruitment of Deputy General Manager (DGM)/Senior Manager/Manager (Finance) on a deputation basis from officials working in the Accounts Department of Indian Railways. The recruitment is open for 4 positions at different project locations in Vadodara, Surat, Vasai, and Mumbai.

NHSRCL is a joint venture company under the Government of India and is primarily responsible for the implementation of the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail (MAHSR) project, also known as the Bullet Train project.

Eligibility Criteria

Service Background

• Candidates must be from Group ‘B’ or Senior Subordinate level of the Accounts Department of the Indian Railways.

Deputation Terms

• The deputation will be for a period of five (5) years, subject to exemption from the Rule of Immediate Absorption beyond 31.12.2028.
• Candidates must submit a declaration stating they are not seeking repatriation to parent cadre from NHSRCL for a period of at least five years.

Cut-off Date

• Eligibility of candidates will be reckoned as on the closing date of the vacancy notification, i.e., 04 June 2025.

Other Requirements

• As per administrative requirements, selected officials may be posted to any of the field units/project offices.

Pay Scale / Salary

The salary and perks for the post will be as per the parent pay structure of the official, along with deputation allowances as per the prevailing norms of Indian Railways and NHSRCL rules.

Selection Process

The selection will be done based on:

1. Scrutiny of Applications by the concerned authority.
2. Vigilance, D&AR Clearance from the parent organization.
3. Assessment of APARs for the last five years.
4. Administrative Requirements and Suitability for the specific project office.

Shortlisted candidates will be informed through proper channels. The final decision lies with the competent authority of NHSRCL in consultation with Railway Board.
