Eligibility Criteria (Deputation Basis)
Data Entry Operator (DEO)
- Officers of Central/State Government/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Government Institutions
- Must be holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department
- Must possess ‘O’ or ‘A’ Level Certificate in Information Technology from a Government-recognized institute
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
- Officers of Central/State Government or Union Territory Administrations
- Must be holding an analogous post on regular basis
- Must have passed 12th Class from a recognized Board
Age Limit
- Maximum age for both DEO and LDC posts: 56 years
- Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government norms.
Salary Structure

Selection Process
The selection will be conducted strictly on a deputation basis, as per the Recruitment Rules of the National Investigation Agency.

- Bio-data in prescribed format (Annexure-II), duly filled and countersigned
- Attested copies of APAR dossier from 2020-21 to 2024-25
- Vigilance Clearance Certificate
- Integrity Certificate
- Details of major/minor penalties (last 10 years)
- Supporting documents for ‘O’ or ‘A’ Level IT Certificate (for DEO post only)
