The National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID), a premier financial institution established under the NaBFID Act, 2021, is inviting online applications from dynamic and talented Indian citizens for the position of Senior Analyst (Grade) on a fixed-term (contractual) basis. With its mandate to catalyze infrastructure financing in India, NaBFID plays a crucial role in shaping the country’s developmental landscape. About NaBFID

NaBFID is an All-India Financial Institution (AIFI), regulated and supervised by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). It was established to provide long-term financing for infrastructure development projects—a sector critical to India’s economic growth and sustainability. As a Development Finance Institution (DFI), NaBFID also aims to build ecosystems for project financing, foster partnerships, and bring innovation to infrastructure finance.

Eligibility Criteria (As on February 28, 2025)

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 21 years
  • Maximum Age: 40 years
    (Born between 01.03.1985 and 28.02.2004, both dates inclusive)

Age Relaxation

  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
  • PwBD:
    • PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
    • PwBD (OBC): 13 years
    • PwBD (GEN/EWS): 10 years
  • Ex-Servicemen: As per Government of India guidelines

Educational Qualifications and Experience

1. Corporate Strategy, Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

  • Education: CA / PG Degree/Diploma in Economics or Management (Finance/Banking/Sustainability/Strategic Management)
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in the financial sector or consultancy, preferably in strategy, business development, or partnerships

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business and strategic planning
  • Analyze market trends and strategic partnerships
  • Assist in developing policies and processes
  • Evaluate contracts and provide risk assessments

2. Transaction Advisory Services (TAS)

  • Education: CA / PG Degree/Diploma in Economics or Management with Finance/Banking specialization
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in banking/finance, including at least 2 years in project finance or PPP advisory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structure infrastructure finance transactions (e.g., PPPs)
  • Perform financial modeling and analysis
  • Conduct viability and risk assessments
  • Support due diligence and TEV evaluations

3. Public Relations and Corporate Communication

  • Education: PG Degree/Diploma in Mass Media, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or Marketing
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in communications, preferably in finance sector or consultancy with media/social media exposure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage communication and branding activities
  • Handle social media, press, and public engagements
  • Coordinate media coverage and internal communication
  • Promote NaBFID’s image as a leading DFI

Selection Process

  • Method: Shortlisting followed by Interview
  • Interview Timeline: Tentatively in May 2025

Interview Details

  • Venue: Interviews will be held only in Mumbai
  • Travel Reimbursement: Actual travel expenses up to 2nd AC rail fare will be reimbursed upon submission of travel documents (to & fro).
