Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the JRF positions, candidates must fulfill the following educational qualifications:

1. Computer Science & Engineering (CSE):

• BE/B.Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering / Automation / Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI & ML) / Data Science / AI & Data Science / Information Science.
• Must have a valid GATE score as of the date of the interview.

2. Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE):

• BE/B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Control Engineering.
• Must have a valid GATE score as of the date of the interview.

3. Electrical Engineering (EE):

• BE/B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Power Engineering / Power Electronics.
• Must have a valid GATE score as of the date of the interview.

Alternatively, candidates with an ME/M.Tech degree in the relevant discipline are also eligible, provided they have secured First Division in both undergraduate and postgraduate studies.

Step 2: Fill Out the Application Form

• Complete the application form with accurate details.
• Paste a recent passport-sized photograph in the given space.

Step 3: Attach Required Documents

The applicants should submit self-attested copies of the following documents:

• Educational certificates (BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech mark sheets and degree certificates)
• Valid GATE scorecard
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Government-issued photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/Passport, etc.)
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) (if employed in a government department/PSU)

Step 4: Reach the Interview Venue on Time

• Arrive at VRDE, PO: Vahannagar, Ahmadnagar – 414 006 by 09:00 AM.
• Registration: 09:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Late arrivals will not be allowed.)
• Screening of Applications: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Interview of Shortlisted Candidates: 11:00 AM onwards
