Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (As on 30-04-2025):
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 24 years
- Relaxation in upper age limit:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 to 15 years depending on category
Educational Qualification:
- Technician Apprentice : Position requires a 3-year Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline.
- Trade Apprentice (Accountant): Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- Trade Apprentice (DEO & Assistant HR) : Position, candidates must have a 12th-grade education along with additional skill requirements, such as typing proficiency.
- Graduate Apprentice (Non-Technical): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Note: Candidates must have obtained the qualifying degree/diploma in regular full-time mode from recognized Indian institutions.
Pay Scale / Stipend
- The stipend will be provided in accordance with the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973, and the Apprentices Rules, 1992.
- It varies according to the category of apprenticeship (Trade, Technician, Graduate) and will be informed during the selection/joining process.
Selection Process
- Written Test:
- Duration: 90 minutes
- Type: Objective type (Multiple Choice Questions)
- Sections:
- Technical/Discipline-based questions
- Generic Aptitude and Reasoning
- English and General Knowledge
- Qualifying Criteria:
- General/EWS: Minimum 40% marks
- SC/ST/PwBD: Minimum 35% marks
- The final selection will be determined based on the performance in the Written Test and subsequent document verification.
