Eligibility Criteria

1. Chief Medical Officer (Specialist)

• Age Limit: Not more than 50 years
• Essential Qualification:
  • M.D. or M.S. degree in a clinical discipline
  • At least 8 years of professional experience, out of which 5 years must be in Pay Level 11 or equivalent (earlier Grade Pay Rs. 6600)
• Desirable:
  • Specialization preferred in: Medicine, Orthopedics, Chest Diseases, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Family Medicine
  • Work experience in medical colleges or large reputed government/private hospitals

2. Medical Officer

• Age Limit: Not more than 40 years

  • M.D. or M.S. in relevant branch
  • Postgraduate diploma in relevant discipline + 1 year of hospital experience
  • M.B.B.S. + Completion of compulsory rotatory internship + 3 years hospital experience

Pay Scale

Reservation and Age Relaxation

• SC and OBC-NCL reservation as per Government of India rules
