IIIT Raichur, established in 2019 under the Public-Private Partnership model, began its academic activities at IIT Hyderabad and later transitioned to Raichur. It currently offers undergraduate programs in Computer Science and Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, and Mathematics and Computing. The institute is looking to expand its team of exceptional faculty members by hiring Assistant Professors for regular positions.

Assistant Professor Grade-I

• Pay Level: Level 12 as per 7th CPC
• Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years post-Ph.D. Applicants should have meaningful professional experience at roles matching Level 11 or Level 10, ideally earned through respected universities, leading research centers, or established companies in the industry.

Assistant Professor Grade-II

• Pay Level: Level 11 or Level 10
• Experience Required: At least 1 year of post-Ph.D. experience in Level 10 or equivalent. Candidates with less than 1 year of experience may be considered for Level 10

Pay Scale and Benefits

Selection Process

General Conditions

• Age limit for Assistant Professor post: Preferably below 35 years
