IPL specializes in financial and infrastructure advisory services, working with central and state governments, local bodies, and private developers.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit (as on 31 March 2025)

• Manager (Grade B): Maximum 40 years
• Assistant Manager (Grade A): Maximum 30 years
• Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes (SC/ST) categories are eligible for an upper age limit relaxation of up to 5 years.

• Manager (Grade B):
  • Qualification: Post-Graduate/Graduate/MBA/PGDBM/B.Tech/CA/CWA/LLB
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in financial advisory/project finance + total 7 years experience
• Assistant Manager (Grade A):
  • Qualification: Same as Manager (Grade B)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in banking/financial advisory

Salary & Benefits

Manager (Grade B)

• Pay Scale: ₹55,200 – ₹99,750
• Starting Basic Pay: ₹55,200 per month
• Approx. CTC: ₹23.5 Lakhs per annum

Assistant Manager (Grade A)

• Pay Scale: ₹44,500 – ₹89,150
• Starting Basic Pay: ₹44,500 per month
• Approx. CTC: ₹19 Lakhs per annum

Selection Process

1. Phase I – Online Examination (200 Marks)
   • Test I (100 Marks): Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English, Current Affairs
   • Test II (100 Marks): Domain Knowledge (Project Finance, RBI/SEBI Guidelines, etc.)
   • Negative Marking: ¼th deduction for wrong answers
2. Phase II – Interview (100 Marks)
   • Technical & Behavioral Interview for shortlisted candidates
