Hindu College, under the University of Delhi, one of the most prestigious institutions in the country, has announced a recruitment drive for Assistant Professors in various disciplines. As per online applications are invited from eligible and qualified candidates for faculty positions. The recruitment process will be conducted as per UGC guidelines and Delhi University rules, offering a suitable platform for academic professional dedicated to the teaching profession and research scholarship.

• For UR/OBC/EWS category: Rs. 500/-
• SC/ST/PwBD/Women Candidates: No application fee
• Payment Mode: Online only via credit/debit card or Net Banking

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must meet either of the following:

A. Academic Qualifications: i) Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in a relevant subject from an Indian university or an equivalent degree from a recognized foreign university. ii) The candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC or CSIR.

OR

B. Ph.D. Degree: The Ph.D. must have been awarded from a foreign university ranked in the top 500 by QS, Times Higher Education (THE), or Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU).

Note: Academic scores specified in the screening guidelines will be considered for shortlisting candidates for interviews. Final selection will be based solely on interview performance.

Pay Scale:

• Academic Pay Level 10 as per 7th CPC
• Entry Pay: Rs. 57,700/- plus usual allowances
