The Harish-Chandra Research Institute (HRI) is inviting applications for the post of Crèche Supervisor cum Day Care Teacher (Female) on a contractual basis through third-party outsourcing. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates passionate about working with children and early education.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have:

1. Passed Class XII (10+2) from a recognized board.
2. Proficiency in reading and writing Hindi & English.
3. A Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or equivalent qualification (preferred).

Experience:

• Candidates with prior experience in crèches or play schools will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Receiving and managing children at the crèche, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintaining attendance records and logs for each child.
• Engaging children in educational and recreational activities as per the Crèche Committee’s instructions.
• Providing meals and milk to children at scheduled times.
• Ensuring that children are only handed over to authorized guardians.
• Following all crèche operational guidelines set by the Crèche Committee.

Selection Process

1. Application Screening – Candidates’ documents will be reviewed.
2. Walk-in Interview – Shortlisted candidates will appear for an interview on April 24, 2025.

Terms & Conditions

• The appointment is contract-based for 6 months, extendable based on performance.
• Unsatisfactory performance may result in immediate termination without notice.
• Either party can terminate the contract with a one-month notice period.
• The final decision regarding selection and posting will be at the discretion of HRI.
• Selected candidates must provide a police verification certificate, character certificate, and medical fitness certificate after selection.
• All legal disputes will be handled in Prayagraj Courts.
