Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for these positions, you’ll need to meet these requirements:

Educational Qualification:

• Project Manager: Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM or equivalent) with 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the education or skill development sector.
• Technical Specialist: B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent degree in the relevant field with at least 3 years of experience.
• Skill Development Trainer: Graduation in relevant domain/trade with certification in training (TOT preferred). You should bring at least 2 years of practical training experience to this role.
• Industry Liaison Officer: Graduate/Postgraduate degree with at least 4 years of experience in industry liaison, placements, or partnerships.
• Administrative Officer: Graduate degree in any discipline. Bring at least 3 years of hands-on office administration experience to this role.
• Finance and Accounts Executive: B.Com/M.Com or CA Inter/ICWA with 2-4 years of work experience in accounts and finance.
• IT Systems Analyst: B.Tech/MCA with specialization in IT/Computer Science. Bring 3 years of hands- on experience managing systems and keeping operations running easily.
• Communication & Outreach Specialist: A master’s degree in Mass Communication, PR, or Marketing is your ticket to this role
• Support Staff (Admin): Graduation in any stream. Basic proficiency in MS Office and administrative support functions.

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 45 years (as on 01.05.2025)

Reserved category applicants qualify for extended age limits per government policies.

Selection Process
