Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor transactions and merchants to detect risks/frauds and take swift corrective actions.
- Resolve transaction discrepancies and customer disputes efficiently.
- Collaborate with partner banks and Cybercell to manage chargebacks, customer disputes, and ensure timely recovery of funds to minimize losses.
- Engage with merchants or customers to address and resolve their concerns or queries.
- Suggest innovative methods to minimize risks, enhance processes, and reduce financial losses.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Freshers with knowledge of customer support apps or CRM tools, such as Freshdesk.
- Understanding of chargeback stages, penalties, technical chargebacks, and Visa/Mastercard guidelines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant demeanor when communicating via phone and email.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong listening skills to understand, anticipate, and resolve queries effectively.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to identify suspicious behavior or anomalies.
