Eligibility Criteria:

A. Teaching Associate

Essential Qualifications:

• Graduate from a recognized university (not required if the candidate holds a degree in Hotel Management)
• Degree or 3-Year Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized institution
• Minimum 50% marks in the qualifying Hotel Management program

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in teaching and/or the hotel industry

Desirable:

• Working knowledge of computers
• Teacher training diploma
• Postgraduate diploma/degree in a specialized area of Hotel Management
• Knowledge of a foreign language

B. Computer Instructor

Essential Qualifications:

• B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology OR
• BCA/MCA from a recognized institution

Experience:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in teaching or industry

Desirable:

• “Familiar with web designing, computer hardware and networking, as well as programming.”

Age Limit:

• Maximum age: 30 years as on 31.03.2025
• Age Relaxation:
  • OBC: 3 years
  • SC/ST and departmental candidates: 5 years

Salary & Allowances:

• Consolidated Remuneration: ₹25,000/- per month
• Usual Allowances: As decided by the Board of Governors
• Annual Increment: Based on satisfactory performance
• EPF Contribution: As per statutory rules (both employer and employee share)

Other Benefits and Working Terms:

• One casual leave per month
• Restricted holidays: 2 per year
• Required to work on holidays if needed (with compensatory leave)
• Contractual staff cannot undertake other employment
• Engagement is temporary and purely on contract basis
• No claim for permanent employment
