Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the following criteria as of the date of the interview:
Educational Qualification
- Must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/Deemed University/Institute/Council.
Experience Requirements
- At least 15 years of hands-on experience handling administration and establishment affairs.
- aspirants must be retired officers from Central/ State Government, PSUs, or Autonomous Bodies.
Essential Knowledge & Skills
- Sound knowledge of service rules and government regulations such as:
- FR & SR
- CCS (CCA) Rules
- GFR (General Financial Rules)
- Proficiency in:
- E-file system
- Noting and drafting official documents
Desirable Skills
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Technologically sound and well-versed with computers.
- Ability to function independently in handling administrative responsibilities.
Age Limit
- The maximum age for applying to this position is 63 years as of the interview date.
- Aspirants must be 18 years or aged to be considered.
Pay Scale
The selected candidate will be offered a consolidated monthly remuneration in the range of:
- ₹50,000/- to ₹65,000/- per month
Breakup of Monthly Remuneration:
- 65% of the total amount towards Basic Pay
- 25% of the total amount as House Rent Allowance (HRA)
- 10% of the total amount as Transport Allowance
Selection Process
- The selection will be done through an interview.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the interview process.
- If the number of applications exceeds 20, ERNET India reserves the right to devise additional shortlisting criteria.
- The Chairman of the Selection Committee may also decide on:
- A second round of interviews, or
- A proficiency test for final selection.
No trip or diurnal allowance will be handed for attending the interview.
