ECHS Polyclinic Pithoragarh Recruitment 2025: Apply for Medical and Non-Medical Staff Posts

Eligibility Criteria

Medical Specialist

• Educational Qualification:
  • MD/MS in the concerned specialty or DNB.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience after post-graduation in the relevant specialty.

Gynaecologist

• Educational Qualification:
  • MD/MS in Gynaecology or DNB.
• Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 times ofpost-qualification professional experience in the applicable field is needed.

Peon

• Educational Qualification:
  • Passed Class 8 OR
  • GD Trade (Armed Forces equivalent).
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience is required.

Age Limit

• The maximum age for engagement will be as per ECHS rules and regulations.
• Engagement will be initially for 11 months (for civilians) and for 1 year (for Ex-Servicemen), renewable based on performance and age criteria.

Pay Scale (Remuneration)

• Medical Specialist: Rs. 1,00,000 per month
• Gynaecologist: Rs. 1,00,000 per month
• Peon: Rs. 16,800 per month

Selection Process

• Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted according to their eligibility and relevant work experience.
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the date and time of the interview via telephone/email.
• Documents Verification: Candidates must produce all original certificates and documents during the interview.
• On-Job Training (OJT):
  Selected candidates for posts such as Medical Specialist, Gynaecologist, Radiologist, Medical Officer, and Dental Officer must undergo mandatory 10-day unpaid OJT and obtain a completion certificate before formally joining.

2. Filling the Form:
   Complete the application form in the prescribed format.
3. Documents Required:
   • Self-attested photocopies of educational qualification certificates
   • Work experience certificates
   • Medical fitness certificate countersigned by SEMO/CMO
   • Discharge book/PPO/Service records (for Ex-Servicemen)
   • Two passport-size recent color photographs
4. Submission:
   Submit the duly filled application along with supporting documents in duplicate to:
   OIC Station HQ, ECHS Cell, Pithoragarh
   on or before 13 May 2025.
