Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the following requirements based on the post they are applying for:
Common Requirements (All Posts)
- Must be a female member of an SHG under Anandadhara/NRLM
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a community cadre (e.g., CMSA CRP)
- Must have passed 10th standard
- Should be a good practitioner in Agriculture / Animal Resource Development (ARD) / Fishery
- Age between 22 to 45 years as on 01 January 2026
Post-wise Criteria
Senior CRP
- Resident of the concerned block
- Experience as CMSA Sr. CRP/Team Leader under Paschim Bardhaman
- Must have expertise in the IFC domain
CRP
- Resident of the concerned Gram Panchayat
- Experience under Paschim Bardhaman in relevant domain
Marketing CRP
- Resident of the concerned block
- Experience in marketing domain related to agriculture/farm livelihoods
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 22 years
- Maximum Age: 45 years
- Age will be calculated as on 01 January 2026.
Salary / Remuneration

The recruitment process will be conducted in three stages:
