Daman and Diu State Co-op Bank Hiring 2025 – Credit Business & Operations Consultant (Contract)

The Daman and Diu State Co-operative Bank Ltd., a reputed banking institution operating across the Union Territories of Daman, Diu, and Dadra & Nagar Haveli, invites applications for the position of Consultant – Credit Business & Operations. The post is offered on a contractual basis to strengthen the Bank’s credit services, operational efficiency, and business expansion.

The Consultant will have a critical role in spurring loan disbursement, providing credit risk management, overseeing recovery of non-performing assets (NPAs), and supporting different areas of banking operations. This opportunity allows seasoned banking practitioners to contribute towards enhancing the growth and development of cooperative banking in a demanding yet fulfilling working environment.

Eligibility

Age Limit:

  • Minimum: 35 years
  • Maximum: 65 years
  • Age relaxation may be granted to deserving candidates based on discretion of the Bank’s authorities.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university is essential.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having a degree in Finance or Economics.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience at Officer level in the areas of:
    • Credit Operations
    • Business Development
    • NPA Management
    • Loan Recovery
  • Experience in cooperative banks, commercial banks, or NBFCs will be preferred.

Salary

  • Fixed Monthly Remuneration: ₹50,000/-
  • Performance Linked Pay (PLP): Up to 100% of fixed pay, based on achievement of quarterly targets related to:
    • Loan Disbursement
    • NPA Recovery
    • Deposit Mobilization

Performance incentives will vary depending on the region of posting and achievement of targets defined for Diu, Daman, and Dadra & Nagar Haveli. No additional allowances or perks will be provided. Travel expenses related to official duties will be reimbursed as per Officer Grade-I entitlement.

  • The Bank reserves the right to call only eligible and shortlisted candidates for the interview.
  • The Bank’s decision on this matter shall be considered final.
  • No travel or dearness allowance will be provided for attending the interview.
