Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

For most IT-related posts (Software Developer, Data Engineer, IT Officer, Cyber Security, Cloud, DevSecOps, etc.):

  • B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / ECE / E&TC / Electronics
    OR
  • MCA from an AICTE/UGC recognized university

For other posts:

  • Risk Manager: Relevant degree in Risk Management or equivalent qualification
  • Taxation / CA: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Postgraduate degree in Taxation

Candidates must ensure they meet eligibility requirements as on 31 January 2026.

Age Limit (As per Scale)

  • Scale I (Assistant Manager): Maximum 30 years
  • Scale II (Manager): Maximum 35 years
  • Scale III (Senior Manager): Maximum 35 years
  • Scale IV (Chief Manager): Maximum 45 years

Age Relaxation

  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • PwBD: 10 years
  • Ex-Servicemen: 5 years

Salary Structure

Selected candidates will receive salary as per scale-based pay structure along with allowances and perquisites as per bank policy.

Pay Scale Details

  • Scale IV (Chief Manager): ₹1,02,300 – ₹1,20,940
  • Scale III (Senior Manager): ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280
  • Scale II (Manager): ₹64,820 – ₹93,960
  • Scale I (Assistant Manager): ₹48,480 – ₹85,920
