Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications & Experience (General Guidelines):

Applicants must possess the requisite educational qualifications in the respective disciplines along with the minimum post-qualification work experience as specified for each post. Only those candidates who meet the eligibility criteria as of 12 May 2025 will be considered.

Here’s a general guide:

  • Addl. General Manager (E-6): Full-time Engineering Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in the relevant field with at least 16 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Deputy General Manager (E-5): Full-time Engineering Degree in the specified discipline with a minimum of 14 years post-qualification experience.
  • Senior Manager (E-4): Requires an Engineering Degree along with a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Deputy Manager (E-2): An Engineering Degree with at least 5 years of experience is needed.
  • Engineer (E-1): Fresh engineers with 2 years of relevant experience are eligible to apply.

Age Relaxation:

  • Relaxation in age and experience may be applicable as per Government of India guidelines for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD). Candidates must provide supporting documents if they seek age relaxation.

Pay Scale and Remuneration
