Educational Qualification
For Trainee Engineer–I:

Age Relaxation
- SC / ST candidates: 5 years

Salary Scale
Selected candidates will be engaged on a temporary basis with an attractive consolidated remuneration structure.
Monthly Remuneration
- First Year: ₹30,000 per month
- Second Year: ₹35,000 per month
- Third Year (if extended): ₹40,000 per month
Additional Benefits
- An additional consolidated amount of ₹12,000 per year will be provided towards insurance premium, uniform allowance, footwear allowance, and related expenses.
- This amount will be paid in two installments during the service period.
Area Allowance
Candidates posted outside Kotdwara at locations without BEL unit facilities will receive an additional 10% of the consolidated salary as area allowance to compensate for hardship postings.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be conducted through a Walk-In Selection Process, which may include:

Career Growth & Advancement

- Trainee Engineers and Officers who successfully complete two years of service with excellent performance may be considered for advancement to Project Engineer-I / Officer-I roles.

- After advancement, candidates may serve up to four years and become eligible for a Retention Bonus of ₹1,00,000 at the completion of service.
