Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee as per their category:

- SC / ST / Physically Handicapped / Ex-Servicemen Candidates: ₹500

Eligibility Criteria
1. Lab Technician (NUHM & PHC)
Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:
- SSC with Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh
- Intermediate Vocational Course in DMLT with one year of clinical training in government hospitals
- One-year apprenticeship training with valid completion certificate issued by the Board of Apprenticeship Training, Government of India
- B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology
- B.Sc. (BZC/Life Sciences) in First Class with PG Diploma in Medical Lab Technology from recognized institutions
Applicants must be registered with the Andhra Pradesh Paramedical Council with valid renewal.
2. Pharmacist (NUHM)
- D.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy from an AP Government recognized institution
- Mandatory registration with Andhra Pradesh Paramedical Council with up-to-date renewal
3. Data Entry Operator (NUHM)
- Any Degree from a recognized university
- Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA)
4. Female Nursing Orderly (PHC)
- 10th Class or equivalent qualification
5. Sanitary Attendant / Sanitary Attendant cum Night Watchman
- 10th Class or equivalent qualification
Age Limit
The age of the candidate will be calculated as on 31 December 2025.
- OC Candidates: Maximum 42 years
- SC / ST / BC Candidates: Maximum 47 years
- Ex-Servicemen & Physically Challenged Candidates: Maximum 50 years
Candidates exceeding the prescribed age limits will not be eligible to apply.
Salary Scale (Monthly Remuneration in ₹)
- Lab Technician (NUHM): ₹23,393
- Lab Technician (PHC): ₹32,670
- Pharmacist: ₹23,393
- Data Entry Operator: ₹18,450
- Female Nursing Orderly: ₹15,000
- Sanitary Attendant / Sanitary Attendant cum Night Watchman: ₹15,000
No additional allowances such as DA, HRA, or medical benefits are applicable, as these are contract and outsourcing positions.
Selection Process
The selection will be conducted strictly on merit basis, with no interview involved.
Merit Evaluation (Total: 100 Marks)
- 75 Marks: Based on aggregate marks obtained in the qualifying examination
- 25 Marks: Weightage for experience
Experience Weightage
- Tribal Area Service: 2.5 marks per 6 months
- Rural Area Service: 2.0 marks per 6 months
- Urban Area Service: 1.0 mark per 6 months
- Post-Qualification Experience: 1 mark per completed year (maximum 10 marks)
Service less than six months will not be considered for weightage.
Final selection will be prepared category-wise following reservation norms and local candidate rules.
