AIIMS Patna Senior Project Assistant Recruitment 2025

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Patna has invited applications for the recruitment of a Senior Project Assistant under an ICMR-funded research project titled “Inhaled Milrinone as adjuvant to oral Sildenafil in persistent pulmonary hypertension of newborn: a parallel group randomized pilot trial”. This temporary post is available in the Department of Neonatology and will be filled through a walk-in interview.

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification:

• Graduation in a relevant field such as Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, or Social Work (MSW) from a recognized institute
• Minimum three years of experience in public health OR
• Postgraduate degree in any of the above relevant subjects

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods from a recognized institute
• Proficiency in using computer applications for documentation, data entry, and analysis

Key Terms and Conditions

2. Employment will automatically terminate upon the completion of the project or one year, whichever is earlier, unless extended based on performance.

4. The appointment is full-time, and private practice is strictly prohibited.
5. No accommodation or hostel facility will be provided by the institute.
6. The candidate may be required to work in shifts as per the project’s demands.
7. If already employed in Government/Semi-Government/PSU institutions, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) is mandatory.
8. The institute reserves the right to terminate the appointment with one month’s notice or salary in lieu thereof if the performance is found unsatisfactory.

10. All disputes related to this recruitment will be under the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.
