AIIMS Bathinda invites offline applications from eligible Indian citizens and OCI cardholders for various Group A posts on a direct recruitment basis.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Reader/Associate Professor (Nursing)

• Essential:
  • Master’s in Nursing + 8 years of experience (5 years teaching)
  • Registered as Nurse & Midwife
• Age Limit: Up to 50 years

2. Scientist C – CFM

• Essential: Ph.D. in Public Health/Community Health
• Age Limit: Up to 45 years

3. Scientist C – Gynae

• Essential: Ph.D. in Reproductive Health/Women’s Health
• Age Limit: Up to 45 years

4. Lecturer in Nursing (Assistant Professor)

• Essential: Master’s in Nursing + 5 years of experience (2 years teaching)
• Age Limit: Up to 50 years

5. Senior Medical Officer (Ayush)

• Essential: AYUSH degree + 5 years of experience
• Age Limit: 25–40 years

6. Senior Programmer (Analyst)

• Essential: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc. Holding a Diploma in Computer Applications along with a decade of hands-on experience in the field of Information Technology.
• Age Limit: Up to 50 years

7. Medical Officer (Ayush)

• Essential: AYUSH degree + 3 years of experience
• Age Limit: 21–35 years

8. Assistant Nursing Superintendent

• Essential: B.Sc. Nursing + 6 years of experience
• Age Limit: 21–35 years

9. Assistant Blood Transfusion Officer

• Essential: MBBS + 2 years of Blood Bank experience
• Age Limit: Up to 30 years

10. Clinical Psychologist

• Essential: M.A./M.Sc. Psychology + M.Phil. Possesses a qualification in Clinical Psychology accompanied by two years of professional experience in the discipline.

11. Child Psychologist

• Essential: M.A./M.Sc. Psychology + M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology + 2 years of Child Mental Health experience
• Age Limit: 21–35 years

12. Veterinary Officer

• Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor of Veterinary Science (B.V.Sc) with a minimum of two years’ experience in the care and management of laboratory animals.
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Salary Structure

• Level-12 (Reader/Associate Professor): As per 7th CPC Pay Matrix + allowances
• Level-11 (Scientist C, Senior Medical Officer, etc.): As per 7th CPC Pay Matrix + allowances
• Level-10 (Medical Officer, Nursing Superintendent, etc.): As per 7th CPC Pay Matrix + allowances

Selection Process

1. Screening of Applications – Based on eligibility criteria
2. Interview – Shortlisted candidates will be called
3. Document Verification – Original certificates must be presented

• No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
• Final selection will be based on interview performance.
