Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the position of AGM/GM (Project) at JRIDCL, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
Minimum Eligibility for AGM/GM (Project)
- For AGM (Project):
- Candidates must be officers from the Senior Administrative Grade (SAG), Non Functional Senior Administrative Grade (NFSAG), or Super Time Scale (SG) cadre in the Civil Engineering Department of Indian Railways, possessing a minimum of 13 years’ tenure in Group A cadre roles.
- For GM (Project):
- Candidates must have at least 17 years of Group A service in the Civil Engineering Department, with a proven track record in handling large-scale railway infrastructure projects.
- Pay Scale:
- The post of AGM/GM (Project) falls under Pay Level 14/13 as per the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC).
Age Limit
- The upper age limit for applicants is 55 years, calculated as on the date of the advertisement.
Tenure
- The tenure for this deputation role is fixed at 3 years, which may be extended depending on the performance and the organization’s requirements.
Salary and Allowances
The selected candidate will receive the Cadre Pay as applicable, in addition to the deputation allowances and other allowances in accordance with the rules of the Government of India and JRIDCL. The salary structure for the AGM/GM (Project) position is detailed as follows:
