All the posts are reserved for Assam residents only, and the candidates must meet the specific eligibility criteria for each role.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for any of the above positions, candidates must meet the following general eligibility criteria:

• Age Limit: Candidates should be of age between 18 to 40 years as on January 1, 2025. Age relaxation will be provided for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per the norms of the Government of Assam.
• Educational Qualifications:
  • Junior Administrative Assistant and Junior Accountant A Bachelor’s degree in Science, trades, or Commerce from a honored university. A Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Application is desirable.
  • Pharmacist: druggist campaigners must have passed HSLC or its original examination. also, a Parchment in Pharmacy from a honored institution is needed. The preference shall be given to the campaigners with working experience in government- honored hospitals.
  • Section Assistant: Candidates must have passed the HSLC or equivalent (10+2) examination from any recognized board. A Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application is desirable.
  • Junior Electrician: Candidates should have a trade certificate in the Electrician trade from a government-recognized ITI, along with 2-3 years of work experience in the relevant field.
• Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of computer operations for utmost of the positions.
  • Experience in relevant fields such as accounts, administration, or technical areas will be an added advantage for certain positions.
• Other Requirements:
  • Only permanent residents of Assam are eligible to apply for these posts.
  • Applicants working in government services must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective department/organization.
  • Candidates should possess good conduct and antecedents as certified by the head of the institution last attended or previous employer (if applicable).

Pay Scale

The selected candidates will be paid as per the following pay scales:
