Eligibility Criteria

Age & Nationality

• Candidates must be Indian citizens.
• Maximum age: 30 years as on the date of advertisement publication.

Essential Skills (All Domains)

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Sound judgment and interpersonal skills

Domain-Wise Educational Qualifications

1. Securities Market Operations

Candidates must have any of the following:

• Postgraduate degree/diploma in Management (Finance) with 60% marks, or
• CA/CS/CMA with 55% marks, or
• Completed all three levels of CFA.

Experience:
Minimum 1 year in the financial sector after qualification.

2. Law

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law with 60% marks.

Experience:
At least 1 year in corporate or securities laws.
Preference for experience in financial or investment sectors.

3. Research

• Postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Econometrics, Statistics, or related fields with 60% marks.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of research/work experience in relevant areas.
• PhD holders in related subjects are exempted from experience requirements.

Skill: Knowledge of statistical software.

4. Information Technology

Eligible degrees include:

• B.E./B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields, or
• MCA, MSc (IT/CS), MBA (Systems/Analytics), M.Tech, MS, or equivalent.

Experience:
Minimum 1 year in software development or cyber security.

Key Skills May Include:

• Programming (Java, Python, SAP, Angular, etc.)
• Machine learning or deep learning
• Database management
• Cyber security tools and practices

5. Rajbasha

• Master’s degree in Hindi/Hindi Translation or related subjects as specified.

Experience:
Minimum 1 year in relevant work, including Hindi typing.

Selection Process

The recruitment process will consist of three stages:

1. Application Screening
   • Based on academic performance, institute ranking, experience, and profile.
2. Preliminary Interview
   • Conducted online.
3. Final Interview
   • Conducted virtually with document verification.

For IT candidates, certifications, GATE scores, and coding or cyber security achievements may also be considered.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly stipend: ₹70,000 (all inclusive).
• Taxes will be deducted as applicable.
• Shared accommodation in Mumbai may be provided (subject to availability).
