Eligibility Criteria
To apply for HARTRON Assessor posts, candidates must fulfill the following:
- Educational Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech in IT or Computer Science
- MCA
- M.Sc. in IT / Computer Science
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the IT/CS field

Salary & Remuneration
The consolidated daily remuneration for HARTRON Assessors is:
- ₹1200 per day for one batch (inclusive of TA/DA)
- ₹2000 per day for up to two batches (inclusive of TA/DA)
- A maximum of two batches per day at any HSC/HASC within the same district
Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹590 (including GST) online while submitting the application form.

Selection Process
The HARTRON Assessor selection process includes the following steps:
- Publication of official advertisement
- Online application submission via HARTRON website
- Verification of uploaded documents
- Computer-based online examination to assess IT skills at HMSDC Gurugram and IDDC Ambala exam centers
- Biometric verification and document scrutiny (originals + self-attested copies required)
- Interview for candidates who qualify the online exam
- Empanelment of selected candidates initially for one year, extendable based on performance
Required Documents for Verification: 10th & 12th mark sheets, B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. certificates and marksheets, Aadhaar card, experience certificate, self-declaration regarding non-linkage with HSC/HASC.

- Legal jurisdiction for disputes will be limited to District Court Panchkula and Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.
