MP Rajya Sahakari Bank Recruitment 2026 – 1763 Vacancies for Computer Operator & Society Manager

Madhya Pradesh Rajya Sahakari Bank Maryadit, popularly known as Apex Bank, has announced a large-scale recruitment drive for the year 2026 to strengthen the workforce of District Central Cooperative Banks across the state. This recruitment aims to fill a total of 1763 vacancies for the posts of Computer Operator, Computer Operator (Sambida – Contractual), and Society Manager across 38 District Central Cooperative Banks of Madhya Pradesh.

The recruitment drive covers 1763 total vacancies, distributed across three major posts:

1. Computer Operator (Regular)

  • Total vacancies: 748
  • Posts are distributed among Unreserved, EWS, OBC, SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen categories.
  • Vacancies are spread across 38 district cooperative banks including Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Ujjain, Jabalpur, Morena, Rewa, Satna, Sagar, Dewas, Ratlam, and others.

2. Computer Operator (Sambida – Contractual)

  • Total vacancies: 176
  • Reserved for candidates with similar qualifications as regular computer operators.
  • District-wise deployment across multiple cooperative banks.

3. Society Manager

  • Total vacancies: 839
  • Includes significant opportunities for women candidates and reserved categories.
  • Vacancies are available in major districts such as Morena, Mandla, Ujjain, Chhatarpur, Raisen, Dewas, Mandsaur, and more.

The bank reserves the right to modify the number of vacancies based on administrative requirements and legal directives.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification (Applicable to All Posts)

Candidates must fulfill the following educational requirements:

  • Graduation degree from a government-recognized university.
  • Knowledge of Hindi and English typing is mandatory.
  • One-year computer diploma or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution, such as:
    • University or Open University diploma recognized by UGC
    • DOEACC diploma
    • Modern Office Management course from a Government Polytechnic
    • COPA certificate from a Government ITI

OR

Candidates possessing professional computer qualifications such as:

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or IT
  • MCA, BCA
  • M.Sc / B.Sc in Computer Science or IT
  • Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Applications
  • Graduation degrees that include Computer as one subject

The final educational result must have been declared on or before 30 November 2025.

Age Limit

For Computer Operator and Society Manager

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Maximum age: 35 years
  • Candidates must have been born between 01 December 1990 and 30 November 2007

Age Relaxation (For MP Domicile Candidates Only)

  • Female candidates: 5 years
  • SC / ST candidates: 5 years
  • OBC candidates: 5 years
  • Candidates working in banks or cooperative credit institutions: 5 years
  • Persons with Benchmark Disabilities: 5 years
  • Ex-servicemen / Home Guards: 5 years

The maximum permissible age after relaxation shall not exceed 40 years.

For Computer Operator (Sambida)

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Maximum age: 55 years
  • Applicable to candidates who have worked for at least five years on a contractual basis in district cooperative banks with prior approval of the Registrar.

Salary Scale (Numerical Figures)

Salary varies depending on the district bank and post:

For Most Districts (7th Pay Structure Equivalent)

  • Monthly salary range: ₹19,500 to ₹62,000
  • Some district banks offer higher scales of ₹28,700 to ₹91,300

For Certain Districts (6th Pay Structure Equivalent)

  • Monthly salary range: ₹5,200 to ₹20,200
  • Grade Pay: ₹1,900

Selection Process

The selection procedure for MP Rajya Sahakari Bank recruitment consists of the following stages:

  1. Online Written Examination
    Candidates will be tested on subjects relevant to banking operations, computer knowledge, reasoning ability, quantitative aptitude, and general awareness.
  2. Merit-Based Shortlisting
    Category-wise merit lists will be prepared based on examination scores, following reservation rules of Madhya Pradesh.
