Selection Process

1. Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
This is a qualifying test to assess physical standards.

- General Category: 83 cm unexpanded with 4 cm expansion

2. Physical Screening Test (PST)

- Female: 1.0 km run in 6 minutes

3. Knowledge Test
