Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications and Experience vary by post:
- Registrar: Post Graduation + 15 yrs exp / Ph.D + 12 yrs exp
- Director Academic Staff College: Ph.D + 10 yrs teaching exp
- Chief Account Officer: CA / ICWA / M.Com + 8 yrs exp
- University Engineer: B.E Civil + 5 yrs exp
- Junior Clerk: HSC + CCC+ + Gujarati proficiency + Computer knowledge
- Laboratory Assistant: SSC + Science + basic computer knowledge
- PwD Posts: Qualifications vary from Graduation/Diploma/ITI depending on the post
Experience from self-financed institutions will be considered only with proper documentation.
Age Limit
- As per Government Norms and Gujarat Public Universities Act-2023.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per State Government and Gujarat University rules.
- Age will be calculated on 13 January 2026, the last date of application.
Salary
- Range: Rs. 19,900 to Rs. 2,08,700 per month depending on post and pay level.
- Selected candidates will be covered under the New Contributory Pension Scheme of Gujarat.
- Pay scales, terms, and conditions will follow Gujarat Government norms.
