The NHSRC is seeking to hire 1,447 Administrative Assistants on a contractual basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with administrative experience, especially in the government or quasi-government sectors, who are eager to support public health initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the position of Administrative Assistant must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- A graduate degree (Regular Courses) in any of the following:
- B.A.
- B.Com
- B.Sc.
- BBA
- A Diploma/Certificate/Degree in secretarial practices is also required.
- A graduate degree (Regular Courses) in any of the following:
- Experience:
- At least five years of post-qualification experience in a similar role, such as Office Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good typing speed (35 words per minute).
- You’re the kind of person who naturally creates structure while keeping every critical detail in sharp focus.
- Proven capability in efficiently managing administrative, secretarial, and documentation responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of filing, indexing, and document management.
- Some working knowledge of accounts is desirable.
- Preference will be given to campaigners with experience in government departments, quasi-government associations, or government- funde independent institutions.
Pay Scale and Benefits
The selected candidate will be offered a competitive salary as follows:
- Salary Range: Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 70,000/- per month.
- The salary offered within this range will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
