Eligibility Criteria

  • General Eligibility: Candidates must be regular officers/officials holding analogous posts in Ministries/Departments under the Government of India or Departments under the Government of Haryana.
  • Experience Requirements:
    • Superintendent: Minimum 3 years as Superintendent or 8 years as Assistant/Deputy Superintendent.
    • Private Secretary: Minimum 3 years as Private Secretary or 8 years as Personal Assistant.
    • Assistant: Minimum 3 years as Assistant.
    • Personal Assistant: Minimum 2 years as Personal Assistant.
    • Junior Scale Stenographer: Minimum 2 years as Junior Scale Stenographer.
    • Clerk: Minimum 3 years as Clerk.
    • Steno-Typist: Minimum 3 years as Steno-Typist.
    • Driver: Minimum 3 years as Driver.
    • Peon/Sweeper/Chowkidar: Minimum 3 years in the respective role.
  • Disciplinary and Vigilance Clearance: Candidates should not be under any disciplinary proceedings or vigilance enquiry.
  • Relieving Capacity: Departments must ensure that recommended candidates can be relieved promptly upon selection.​

Pay Scale

The salary structures for the various positions are outlined as follows:

  • Superintendent: FPL-7
  • Private Secretary: FPL-6
  • Assistant: FPL-6
  • Personal Assistant: FPL-6
  • Junior Scale Stenographer: FPL-4
  • Clerk: FPL-3
  • Steno-Typist: FPL-3
  • Driver: FPL-4
  • Peon/Sweeper/Chowkidar: DL-7​

Note: FPL refers to the Fitment Pay Level as per Haryana Civil Services (General) Rules, 2016.

Selection Process

The selection will be conducted by a Selection Committee constituted for this purpose. Campaigners will be estimated grounded on their experience, qualifications, and felicity for the separate posts. The final selection will be in agreement with the applicable vittles of Haryana Civil Services( General) Rules, 2016.

  1. Application Format: Candidates must submit their applications in the prescribed format, available with the respective Ministries/Departments.
  2. Required Documents:
    • Bio-data in the specified format.
    • Summary of Annual Confidential Reports( ACRs) for the last 5 years.
    • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the parent department/organization.
  3. Deadline: All applications must reach the above address within 30 days from the date of issuance of this letter, i.e., by May 17, 2025.
