Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: 18 to 40 years.

Responsibilities and Targets for Each Post

Chief Project Officer

• Responsibilities:
  • Establish dealer offices at the district level.
  • Oversee Animal Service Centers.
  • Ensure proper sales of high-quality products, with a target of ₹5 crore for 10 districts.
  • Manage a team of District Level Officers.
• Target: Generate ₹5 crore revenue across operations in 10 districts.

District Level Officer

• Responsibilities:
  • Support the Chief Project Officer in overseeing operations at the district level.
  • Ensure Animal Service Centers operate efficiently.
  • Facilitate product sales and guide Tehsil and Panchayat Animal Workers.
• Target: Meet the sales goals outlined by the Chief Project Officer.

Tehsil Level Officer

• Responsibilities:
  • Manage operations at the block/tehsil level.
  • Support product sales and services for farmers.
  • Promote the Nigam’s products.
• Target: Contribute to the success of sales and Animal Service Centers at the block level.

Panchayat Animal Worker

• Responsibilities:
  • Operate at the village panchayat level, delivering direct services to farmers.
  • Promote the products and services of the Nigam.
  • Assist in the operation of Animal Service Centers at the panchayat level.
• Target: Assist in meeting the sales targets at the village panchayat level.

Pay Scale and Benefits

BPNL offers competitive pay scales and other benefits for selected candidates. The details of the pay scale for each position are as follows:

• Chief Project Officer: ₹75,000 per month with a 10% annual increase.
  • Additional bonus of ₹10,000 upon achieving sales targets.
• District Level Officer: ₹30,000 per month.
• Tehsil Level Officer: ₹20,000 per month.
• Panchayat Animal Worker: ₹12,000 per month.

In addition to the basic salary, employees will also be entitled to other allowances as per company policies.
