Educational Qualification

Roles and Responsibilities
As a Centre Manager in Microfinance, your duties will include:
- Village Surveys & Prospecting:
- Identify potential borrowers in target villages.
- Promote financial products and services under the Joint Liability Group (JLG) model.
- Customer Sourcing & Group Formation:
- Onboard new clients and form JLGs.
- Explain product offerings and conduct Credit Group Training (CGT).
- Documentation & Loan Process:
- Conduct house verification and income assessments.
- Complete all data entry and upload documents in the Loan Origination System (LOS).
- Team up with Branch Managers and Credit Ops Officers to get the green light and ensure smooth fund releases.
- Centre Meeting Management:
- Organize and conduct centre meetings with borrowers.
- Ensure 100% attendance and collection on scheduled days.
- Promote top-up loans and cross-sell banking products.
- Recovery & Monitoring:
- Ensure timely and full recovery of dues.
- Conduct post-disbursement follow-up and end-use monitoring of loans.
- Resolve customer grievances and normalize delinquent accounts.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Maintain 100% adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Generate daily reports and submit them to the Branch Manager.
- Ensure zero audit findings and follow all banking regulations.
