Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess one or more of the following depending on the role applied for:
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Climate Studies, Sustainability, Energy Management, Public Policy, Economics, Finance, Law, or related disciplines.
- Professional qualifications like MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, LLB, LLM, or B.Tech/B.E. in relevant streams.
- Additional certifications or training in ESG, climate finance, renewable energy, or project management will be advantageous.
Experience Requirements
- minimal 3 to 10 times of applicable experience is needed.
- Applicants should have hands-on experience in:
- Designing, managing, or evaluating climate-related projects
- Working with MDBs/DFIs/multilateral funds (e.g., GCF, GEF)
- ESG frameworks and sustainability assessments
- Financial structuring and analysis of green projects
- Legal and regulatory aspects of climate finance
