• Project Title: *”High-precision mass-independent Chromium and Nickel isotope systematics of primitive solar system objects and their components: Implications for nebular environment and evolution of planetary precursors in the early solar system.”*
• Project Duration: Initially for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance.

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Physics/Earth Sciences or a related field from a recognized university/institution.
• Must have qualified one of the following exams:
  • CSIR-UGC NET (Physical Sciences/Earth Sciences, including Assistant Professor eligibility)
  • Valid GATE score (Physics/Earth Sciences)
  • Valid JEST score (Physics/Earth Sciences)

Desirable Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of Nuclear Physics, Planetary Science, or Geochemistry.
• Prior research experience in isotope geochemistry, cosmochemistry, or astrophysics (preferred but not mandatory).

Age Limit

• Applicants should be no older than 26 years as of May 20, 2025.
• Age relaxation will be provided to SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates as per Government of India regulations.

Salary and Benefits

• Fellowship Amount:
  • First Two Years: ₹37,000/- per month
  • Third Year: ₹42,000/- per month (upon satisfactory performance review)
• Additional Benefits: HRA (House Rent Allowance) as per PRL rules.

Selection Process
