Age Limit (as on 01 January 2025)

Age Relaxation:

Salary Details
Selected candidates will be appointed under Pay Band-2 and are entitled to all allowances admissible to Assam State Government employees.
- Pay Scale: Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month
- Grade Pay: Rs. 8,700
- Other allowances: As per government norms
Eligibility Criteria
Nationality and Domicile:
- The applicant must be an Indian citizen as defined under Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
- The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.
- Proof of residency must be provided in the form of a valid Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) or Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must hold a 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or Civil & Planning from any institute recognized by AICTE.
- The diploma course must be a regular full-time program.
- Distance learning diplomas will not be accepted.
- Candidates must upload all semester-wise/year-wise mark sheets and the final pass certificate.
Other Requirements:
- Candidates must submit a declaration in Form-A regarding Small Family Norms as per the government directive.
- Applicants working in state government departments on regular basis must upload a certificate from their department.
- Those seeking service continuation or pay protection must upload a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer.
- PwBD candidates must produce a valid disability certificate.
